I’ve been training with Shane at a committed 3 early mornings a week for four years. We have been completely outdoors for the last 1.5 years. Life threw everyone a curveball last March and he didn’t hesitate to change the setting for his loyal clients looking for continued hard work outside, rather than behind the walls of a gym. Shane doesn’t just push you, he somehow encourages you to push yourself - he makes you want it - for you. Before you know it, you’re the one deciding to pick up the heavier weight or trying the exercise you thought you’d never be able to accomplish. He continuously switches things up and finds new ways for me to challenge myself. Even in a group setting you get the vibe of it being a one on one and is quick to give a modification to any exercise that you may be struggling with.

Our 14 year old son has had a complete transformation – mentally and physically – while working with Shane!
